Before the call

What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

A custom-coded website built for your fleet: fleet class pages, a reservation request flow, location pages if you have more than one counter, weekly researched articles, hosting on Cloudflare, and revisions handled through your client portal. Showroom covers the site itself, Concierge adds the AI Engine, and Flagship adds the Content Engine. Every plan is one monthly fee, with a $697 build fee invoiced only after the site is live.

How long until my rental site is live?

7 days on Showroom, 10 on Concierge while the AI Engine is trained on your fleet, and 15 on Flagship with the Content Engine running from day one. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the fleet is live.

Can I move between tiers later?

Yes. Fleets often start on Showroom and move up once the AI Engine or the Content Engine earns its place. Tell us in your client portal and we schedule the change to line up with your next invoice date, so nothing is charged twice in the same month.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your fleet classes, locations, rate structure, brand and where reservation requests should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

Ready when you are

Send a couple of times that work and we will have the demo built around your fleet before the call.
