What changed for twenty camper and motorhome rental businesses

Real projects, from the starting point to handover, each told with the client's own words.

What these projects fixed

10 to 25 working days each, from content approval to handover

Every case study answers the same four questions

  1. Starting pointHow the business handled it before, in its own words.
  2. The problemWhat that was costing the team, day to day.
  3. What we builtThe pages, forms and routines that replaced it.
  4. What changedThe difference, and the client saying it.

All twenty projects

Filter by what was fixed. Each project is a camper or motorhome rental business, described by type and region.

Where this work lives on a site we build

None of this is a separate project. Each fix is part of the site and the monthly management behind it.

  • Inquiry forms and replies

Forms that ask for the trip details up front, confirm what happens next and keep working when something goes wrong.

  • Routing and follow-up

Getting each message to the right person, keeping follow-ups apart from new requests and knowing where inquiries start.

  • Pages and reference content

Answers, guides and vehicle guidance written once, reviewed by the owner of each topic and readable on a phone.

  • Launch, changes and handover

Migrations without dead links, recorded approvals for every change and handover notes a colleague can follow.

Websites for campervan and rv rental

Two more clients, in their words

Named reviews from rental businesses we have built for.

  • The part I rate most highly is the form, not the visuals. The form gathers travel dates, passenger count and intended route at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

  • I judge a project by what happens after launch, and the touring vehicle requests handover passed. It explains the routine tasks step by step, without assuming any project history. A colleague followed it without a single phone call, which is the real test.

Questions about these case studies

Are these real clients?

Yes. Every case study on this page is a real project for a real rental business, and every quote is the named contact's own words. We do not publish star ratings or review counts, because none were collected, and we do not add numbers the client did not give us.

Why are the businesses not named?

Our clients asked us not to publish their business names or web addresses, so each one is described by the kind of fleet it runs and the city it works from. The person quoted is named with their role. We never add a logo or a photo of anyone.

What do the working day figures measure?

The clock starts when the client approves the content for that part of the site and stops at handover, and it includes the client's own staff review. Across these projects that ran from 10 to 25 working days. It is separate from the launch of a whole new site, which is 7 to 15 days from the onboarding call depending on the plan.

Why are they all camper and motorhome fleets?

Because that is who these twenty projects were for. The same work, a better inquiry form, clearer routing, reference pages people can read on a phone and a proper handover, applies to any specialist vehicle rental company, and the pages for each kind of fleet say how.

Can I get the same work on my site?

Every fix described here sits inside a managed plan rather than a separate project fee. Plans start at $127 a month, with a $697 one-time build fee invoiced only after your site is live and approved. The quickest way to see which of these applies to you is a demo.
