One monthly fee, no hidden line items

Vehicle rental websites from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly articles, fleet class pages and managed hosting.

What most rental sites get wrong before we start

  • Every vehicle sits in one long list instead of its own class page.

  • A generic contact form leaves dates and vehicle class for a phone call.

  • One page tries to represent every pickup location at once.

  • The site has not been meaningfully updated since it launched.

  • Photo heavy pages load slowly, especially on a phone in daylight.

What clients say about the work

Three rental businesses on the part of the site that changed their working day.

  • The old touring vehicle requests PDF made sense on a printer and nowhere else. The content is the same material, reorganized into headed sections that work on any screen. Callers have stopped apologizing for not being able to read it.

Nicola StonebridgeTrip planning administrator, touring motorhome hire companyNewark, DE
  • Getting the touring vehicle requests wording right mattered more to us than any visual choice. The page describes the process faithfully and leaves the judgment calls to a conversation with our team. The awkward 'that's not quite what we meant' conversation has largely disappeared.

Service scope and expectations for touring vehicle requests

Charles DeightonCustomer service coordinator, festival camper hire companyRoanoke, VA
  • The after-hours side of touring vehicle requests was an afterthought on the old site. The form captures what a callback needs and says clearly that a person replies in working hours. Nobody mistakes an automated acknowledgment for an answer, which matters to us.

Included on every plan

  • Fleet class pages with photography and a plain specification block

  • A page for every pickup, drop off and delivery location

  • A reservation request flow tuned to your fleet type

  • Enquiries delivered to your CRM by API, Zapier or Make

  • Researched articles published on a weekly schedule

  • Managed hosting on Cloudflare with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection

  • One domain, registered in your name, for as long as your plan is active

  • A client portal for revisions, tickets and files

  • 3 social posts and 2 short videos a week from the same research

  • Migration from your current site, with every old address redirected to its closest match

  • Privacy, terms, cookie policy, accessibility statement and disclaimer, written for a rental business

  • An accessibility minded build: keyboard operation, visible focus, contrast checked in both themes

  • Structured data generated from the page content, so the markup never contradicts the words

  • A machine readable llms.txt and llms-full.txt, so AI assistants can read your fleet correctly

Built to be found, not just to look right

The two halves of the same job. The site has to be fast enough that a renter on a phone stays, and structured well enough that a search engine has something specific to rank.

Speed

  • Custom coded pages, close to zero JavaScript by default.

  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge network.

  • Built to hold a 90+ PageSpeed score as the fleet grows.

Search visibility

  • A page for every fleet class and location, the foundation search visibility is built on.

  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words.

  • Sitemap, schema and internal linking generated and kept current automatically.

Built to hold 90+ PageSpeed

What a fast page does to the money you already spend on clicks

A faster page can lower what you pay for a click, and it keeps more of the visitors you have already paid for. Here is the mechanism, in plain words, with the sources attached.

  • You already paid for the click

A visitor who taps your ad on a phone with two bars of signal and waits for a heavy page is a click you have been charged for and a renter you never met. Speed is not a technical score here, it is how much of what you already spend actually reaches the fleet.

  • What Google actually says

Google says ad quality and landing page are one of the six factors behind Ad Rank, and that higher quality ads can often lead to lower costs per click. A faster, more relevant landing page can lower what you pay for the same click. It is not a guarantee, and nobody can promise a figure.

  • The same pages have to rank

Google Search Central states that Core Web Vitals are used by its ranking systems, alongside the rest of page experience. The page a renter lands on from an ad is usually the same page you want ranking without one, so the work counts twice.

  • Photography is the hard part, and it is the point

A rental page lives on photography, which is exactly what makes most of them slow. Images are compressed and served in modern formats automatically, fonts never block the page, and every page we add follows the same budget as the first, so the 90+ PageSpeed target holds as the fleet grows.

Sources: Google Ads Help, "About Ad Rank", checked September 21, 2026. Google Search Central, "Understanding page experience in Google Search results", checked September 21, 2026. We state the mechanism, never a promised cost per click, position or ranking.

Four ways your fleet gets found, and what each one really means

People find a rental fleet three ways now: a search result, a direct answer, or an AI assistant that was asked to plan the trip. All three are part of the build, and so is the structured data that feeds them.

SEO

Found by people searching for a vehicle near them

Technical and on-page search work is part of the build, not an upsell: clean URLs, one page per vehicle class, titles and descriptions written per page, internal links that actually connect, a sitemap that updates itself, and image files that are named and compressed properly.

  • A service area page for each of your own pickup counters, depots and delivery zones, so a search for a city you serve has a page to land on.
  • Rate and terms pages that answer the question renters search before they book, instead of leaving it for a phone call.
  • 2 to 3 researched articles a week, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, building coverage of the trips and routes your renters ask about.

Search visibility is a slow build. Fleets generally start to see movement in the 3 to 5 months range, and no one can promise a position.

AEO

Found when the answer is given instead of the link

Answer engine optimisation means writing so the answer can be lifted. Every section on your site opens with the direct answer to its own heading, key terms get a short clean definition, and the questions renters actually ask are on the page as questions with full answers.

  • Question shaped headings that match how a renter phrases it, not how the industry phrases it.
  • Visible FAQ blocks on every significant page, marked up so a search engine can read them as questions and answers.
  • Specification blocks and comparison tables that survive being pulled out of the page on their own.

Featured snippets and voice answers are chosen by the engine. We make the content liftable; we do not control whether it gets lifted.

GEO

Found when someone asks an AI assistant instead of a search box

A growing share of trip planning starts in an assistant rather than a search box. Generative engine optimisation is about being quotable and verifiable: stating facts plainly, keeping names consistent, and publishing a machine readable summary of the site that an assistant can read in one request.

  • A live llms.txt and llms-full.txt on your domain, describing the business, the fleet and the key pages in plain text.
  • Consistent entity naming: the same business name, the same class names, the same location names, everywhere on the site.
  • Facts stated with dates and sources, so a claim about your fleet can be checked rather than guessed.

Assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews decide for themselves what to cite. This is how we make it more likely, not a guarantee that it happens.

Schema

Machine readable facts about your business

Structured data is the part of the page written for machines. It tells a search engine what your business is, where it operates, what each page is about and how the pages relate, so the right thing shows up in the right place instead of being inferred from your copy.

  • Organization or LocalBusiness for the business itself, with your locations and contact details.
  • Service markup on each vehicle class and service page, BreadcrumbList on everything below the top level.
  • FAQPage on every page carrying questions, with the markup generated from the visible text so the two can never drift apart.
  • Review markup only once you have real, verifiable reviews. We never generate rating markup from quotes we wrote.

Structured data makes a page eligible for richer results. Google decides whether to show them.

Revisions, explained

A revision is any change request you send, with no limit on how much goes into one. 5 are included every month, completed within 2 to 5 working days. After the fifth, each extra revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy.

Infographic with Tarmac, the RentalWebStudio falcon mascot: Revisions, pit stop style. 1, Send any change request. 2, No size limit on one. 3, 2 to 5 working days. 4, 5 included every month.

What we commit to, and where the limits are

Six commitments, with the conditions written next to them. The last one is the list of things we will not claim, because a fleet owner who has been sold a website before is right to look for it first.

  • The build fee is invoiced after launch, not before

The $697 one-time build fee is raised only once your site is live and you have approved it. You pay the monthly fee to start, and nothing for the build until there is a site to look at.

  • A launch date agreed on the onboarding call

7 days on Showroom, 10 on Concierge, 15 on Flagship. The clock starts at the onboarding call, so the date is agreed with you rather than announced at you.

  • Changes are included, and there is no size limit on one

5 revisions every month, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. "Add two new vehicle classes with this photography and these rates" is one revision, not two. After the fifth, extra revisions are a flat $20 with no cap on how many you can buy.

  • The domain is yours, and it leaves with you

One domain is registered in your name and included for as long as your plan is active. If you ever leave, tell us where to send it and we transfer it at no charge. Your content and your photography are yours throughout.

  • No lock-in contract, and the notice period is short

Cancel by email at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, inside business hours of 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. With valid notice no further invoice is raised and the site runs to the end of the month you have paid for.

  • What we do not promise

All sales are final. We do not refund a change of mind or an unused month, and the only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge reported within 30 days, corrected within 10 working days. We also never promise a search position, a cost per click or a booking volume.

Domain and hosting, both included

One domain is registered free in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point an existing one at the new site. Hosting runs on Cloudflare with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, nothing itemised.

The pages nobody enjoys writing, included with your site

Six of them, written for a vehicle rental business rather than pasted from a generic template, and kept in step with what the site actually does. They help you meet the obligations a public website carries. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace your rental agreement or your insurance.

  • Privacy policy

Written around what your site actually collects: the reservation request fields, the enquiry form, analytics and any chat widget. It names the data, why you hold it, and how someone asks for a copy or a deletion.

  • Terms and conditions for the website

The terms for using the site itself: what a reservation request is and is not, that a request is not a confirmed booking, and that your own rental agreement governs the hire. It never replaces your rental contract.

  • Cookie policy with consent that really gates scripts

The banner is wired so analytics and marketing tags do not fire before consent, rather than a notice that blocks nothing. The policy lists the cookies the site actually sets, and the two stay in step because both are generated from the same configuration.

  • Accessibility statement, and a build to match it

Semantic markup, keyboard operable navigation, visible focus, contrast checked in both light and dark, respect for reduced motion, and alt text on every photograph of the fleet. The statement names the target and gives a real address for reporting a problem.

  • Disclaimer written for a rental business

A page that separates what the website says from what your rental agreement, insurance and driver requirements say, so nothing on the site reads as a promise about coverage, licensing or liability.

  • Consent wording on forms that ask for a phone number

If your reservation flow collects a mobile number for booking updates, the form carries explicit, separate consent wording and a way to opt out, written with US messaging consent rules in mind. You decide what you send; we make sure the form asks properly.

RentalWebStudio is a website design and management company, not a law firm and not a vehicle rental company, broker or fleet operator. We build the pages and the consent mechanics, and we recommend your own attorney reviews them against how your business actually operates before launch. You can see the same page set working on this site: privacy policy, cookie policy, terms, accessibility statement and disclaimer.

Before you ask

I already have a rental website. What happens to it?

Tell us the address in your onboarding form and we review it during the build. Pages worth keeping, such as fleet listings with useful content or articles that already rank, are rebuilt with the same information in the new design. Old URLs that no longer exist are redirected to their closest match, so a link someone already has does not break.

Will I lose search rankings when we switch?

A properly redirected migration is built to protect the rankings you already have rather than start from zero. We cannot promise a specific outcome, since rankings depend on many factors outside a website rebuild, but preserving existing URLs through redirects and keeping proven page content is the standard approach we follow on every migration.

Do I need to cancel my old hosting myself?

Yes, once your new site is live and you are satisfied with it. We tell you exactly when the new site is fully live and safe to point your domain away from the old host, so you are never left with two active hosting bills longer than needed.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

Frequently asked questions

What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

A custom-coded website built for your fleet: fleet class pages, a reservation request flow, location pages if you have more than one counter, weekly researched articles, hosting on Cloudflare, and revisions handled through your client portal. Showroom covers the site itself, Concierge adds the AI Engine, and Flagship adds the Content Engine. Every plan is one monthly fee, with a $697 build fee invoiced only after the site is live.

How long until my rental site is live?

7 days on Showroom, 10 on Concierge while the AI Engine is trained on your fleet, and 15 on Flagship with the Content Engine running from day one. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the fleet is live.

Can I move between tiers later?

Yes. Fleets often start on Showroom and move up once the AI Engine or the Content Engine earns its place. Tell us in your client portal and we schedule the change to line up with your next invoice date, so nothing is charged twice in the same month.

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your fleet classes, locations, rate structure, brand and where reservation requests should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us fleet photography you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

Do I need professional photography before we start?

No. We tell you exactly which shots each vehicle class page needs and in what order, so you can arrange one photography session that covers everything rather than several. If photography is not ready by launch, the site goes live with placeholder galleries clearly marked, and pages are updated as real photography arrives, at no extra cost.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new fleet class page, an updated rate table, a different photo set, a new location page: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Add two new vehicle classes with this photography and copy" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as new photography or updated rates, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item in month four.

What happens if the site goes down?

Hosting on Cloudflare's network is built for reliability, and we monitor the site as part of managing it. If something needs attention, raise it in your client portal and it is treated the same as any other revision request, completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain, we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for renters who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Can I keep my current email addresses if you manage the domain?

Yes. Pointing a domain at your new site does not touch your email. We only change the records needed for the website itself, and we confirm the change with you before it happens so nothing about your existing email setup is affected.

Ready to see it built for your fleet?

A live walk-through, on your screen, of the site you would get.
