Renters used to call and ask what was even included with a weekly hire. Now the rate page answers that before they pick up the phone, and the calls we do get are ready to book.

Built to present every class of rental fleet
What changes when the site is built around the fleet
Most rental sites were built once and never revisited. Here is what a purpose built site changes, row by row.
- Fleet presentationBefore:Every vehicle sits in one long list with a single photo each. After:Every class gets its own page, photography and specification block.
- EnquiriesBefore:A generic contact form leaves dates and vehicle class for a phone call. After:A reservation flow collects dates, location and class before your team replies.
- LocationsBefore:One page tries to represent every pickup counter at once. After:Each location gets its own page, address and available classes.
- ContentBefore:The site has not been updated since it launched. After:Researched articles publish on a weekly schedule automatically.
- SpeedBefore:Photo heavy pages load slowly, especially on a phone. After:Pages are built to hold a 90+ PageSpeed score as the fleet grows.
- After hoursBefore:Evening and weekend enquiries wait until the office reopens. After:The AI Engine keeps a real conversation moving until your team is back.

Questions before you book a demo
What do I actually get for the monthly fee?
A custom-coded website built for your fleet: fleet class pages, a reservation request flow, location pages if you have more than one counter, weekly researched articles, hosting on Cloudflare, and revisions handled through your client portal. Showroom covers the site itself, Concierge adds the AI Engine, and Flagship adds the Content Engine. Every plan is one monthly fee, with a $697 build fee invoiced only after the site is live.
How long until my rental site is live?
7 days on Showroom, 10 on Concierge while the AI Engine is trained on your fleet, and 15 on Flagship with the Content Engine running from day one. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the fleet is live.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes. Fleets often start on Showroom and move up once the AI Engine or the Content Engine earns its place. Tell us in your client portal and we schedule the change to line up with your next invoice date, so nothing is charged twice in the same month.
What do I actually pay, and when?
You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.
How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?
Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.
