What the build fee pays for
The monthly fee runs the site. The build fee pays for making it: the work that happens once, between the onboarding call and launch day.
A page for every vehicle class
Each class you rent gets its own page, gallery and plain specification block, designed and written for your fleet.
The reservation request flow
Pickup date, return date, location and class, set up so the trip is collected before your team replies.
A page per pickup location
Every counter, depot and delivery zone built out as its own page rather than a line in a footer.
Moving from your current site
The content that still earns its place comes across, and old addresses are mapped to new ones so nothing you rank for is lost.

How paying works
Three steps, and the last one is nothing at all.
Press the button for your plan
It opens a secure Stripe checkout for the one-time build fee only. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
A receipt by email
Stripe emails the receipt as soon as the payment clears, and we send a short confirmation of our own.
Once, and done
Nothing recurring is set up by this payment. Your monthly plan carries on exactly as it is, billed separately.
Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $697 payment, charged once. Paying it does not start, change or add to any subscription. Your monthly plan is billed separately, exactly as it already is.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if a build fee is due on your account, which is when we have invoiced you for it. On any plan started on or before 31 December 2026 the build fee is waived, so there is nothing to pay here. If you are unsure, email hello@rentalwebstudio.com before paying and we will check.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same on every plan. Showroom, Concierge and Flagship get the same site, the same class and location pages and the same reservation flow. The plans differ in what runs alongside the site once it is live, which is what the monthly fee covers.
Is paying here safe?
Yes. Payment is taken on a Stripe hosted checkout over an encrypted connection. Your card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers, and Stripe emails your receipt directly.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and that includes the build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge, reported within 30 days of the charge. The refund policy sets out exactly what that covers.
Which button should I press?
The one for the plan you are on. The amount is the same on all three, and choosing your plan simply labels the payment so it is matched to your account straight away. Revisions, 5 a month, and every other plan term stay as they are.
